When washing the products manually use a detergent with a mild solution.

Do not use detergents with phenoxyethanol, Ester or detergents with a very high ph value (ph11+) as these deteriotes polycarbonate material.

Do not use hard washing-up-brushes but soft brushes, for example brushes made of horsehair.

By machine wash it is sufficient to use a program set at a high temperature. When dishwashed with other products, normal dishwasher detergent can be used.

Over time, scratches in polycarbonate and SAN products can develop after intensive usage or if the glasses are stacked.

If the glasses are washed with stronger dish washing detergents, a film can occur at the inner side of the glass. If this occurs, simply wash the product with a mild solution of bleach detergent and the film will disappear.

Polycarbonate products are shatterproof and almost unbreakable. However, some products have a glued-on foot, for example our wine glasses, and in very rare cases, the foot can break off. Should it happen that the foot breaks in the gluing, it would leave no sharp edges.
